The cross-country skiing tracks run around the Campo Base between the Stroppia waterfalls and the Rocca Provenzale in a wonderful natural scenario for 10 km in total. The ski area includes the tracks Chiappera and Laghetto (easiest ones), Cascate and the “sport track”, of medium difficulty.
The access to the ski area is completely free for the eighth consecutive year
All tracks are well-marked by special waymarkers. In the ski area some pedestrian trails are marked for snowshoeing: they are perfect for a safe and relaxing walk in the Stroppia waterfalls area, in front of the Rocca Provenzale.
Where pedestrian trails and ski tracks are parallel, we recommend to walkers not to use the ski tracks but to remain in the snowshoeing trail.
